Welcome to Divine Link. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Divine Link application ("App", "Software", "Service") provided by O'Rekun Media ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Divine Link, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms carefully before using Divine Link. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

1. Licence Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Divine Link for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may NOT:

Share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer your licence or account credentials to any third party
Use a single subscription across multiple users or organisations
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technological protection measures

2. Subscription and Payment

Divine Link Premium is offered as a monthly subscription at the current rate displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your subscription

3. Device Limits and Account Security

Each Divine Link Premium subscription permits use on a maximum of two (2) devices per account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
Ensuring that only you use devices registered to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be shared or used fraudulently.

Account Sharing Prohibited: Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing multiple people to use your subscription is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Internet Connectivity Requirements

Divine Link requires an active internet connection for essential functionality including but not limited to:

Authentication: Verifying your subscription status and account validity
Software Updates: Downloading security patches, bug fixes, and new features
Licence Verification: Periodic checks to confirm active subscription status
Device Management: Registering and managing authorised devices

CRITICAL NOTICE: The Software requires periodic internet connectivity to verify your subscription and receive updates. An offline grace period of up to 7 days may be provided, after which functionality may be restricted until connectivity is restored. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE INTERNET CONNECTIVITY MAY RESULT IN REDUCED FUNCTIONALITY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. THIS IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

5. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. These updates may be required for continued use of the Software and may be installed automatically.

Updates may modify, add, or remove features
Security updates are mandatory and may be applied automatically
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms
We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely

6. Advertisements (Free Tier)

The free version of Divine Link (Mercy tier) includes sidebar advertisements. By using the free version, you agree to:

Display of advertisements within the application interface
Collection of anonymous ad-related analytics (impressions, interactions)
Not attempt to block, circumvent, or interfere with the display of advertisements

Paid subscribers (Grace and Love tiers) receive an ad-free experience. Advertisement removal is a benefit of paid subscription and is not available for free tier users.

7. Intellectual Property

Divine Link, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by O'Rekun Media and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a licence to use the Software; it does not transfer any ownership rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Implied warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the Software will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL O'REKUN MEDIA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software
Damages resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Software
Any content or conduct of any third party

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Your Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate internet connectivity
You are responsible for the security of your devices and account
You use the Software at your own risk
You will keep your devices updated with the latest operating system security patches
You will not attempt to circumvent subscription verification or device limits
Any loss of functionality due to your failure to maintain connectivity or update the Software is your responsibility

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent activity or account sharing
Non-payment of subscription fees
Attempts to circumvent licensing restrictions

Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided for termination due to breach of Terms.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software:

All sales are final once the subscription period begins
Refunds are only provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase
No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or early cancellation

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Software. Your continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
